Transferring From KCI to Your Hotel
When your flight arrives at KCI, you have a variety of options for obtaining KCI Shuttle service directly to your hotel.
* Shuttles depart every 30 minutes between 5:35 am - 12:05 am.
Walk up to one of the SuperShuttle ticket counters. These counters are conveniently located adjacent to most airline baggage claim areas and are located at:
Terminal A – Gates 1, 15, 30
Terminal B – Gates 31, 50, 60
Terminal C – Gates 61, 72, 80
Contact our local office from the black courtesy phone located at the SuperShuttle office or call (816) 512-5595. You will be connected with a SuperShuttle Customer Service Representative who will provide assistance and arrange transportation to your hotel.
After you approach the SuperShuttle ticket counter, please give the Customer Service Representative your hotel destination information. They will arrange for your transportation and will direct you to the passenger-loading zone where you will be accommodated by one of our professional drivers.
At the SuperShuttle ticket counter, please let the Customer Service Representative know which hotel you are traveling to. The CSR will arrange for your driver and will direct you to the passenger-loading zone.
When your assigned shuttle arrives please re-confirm with the driver what hotel you need to be transported to.
